The transient is possibly associated with ESO419-G003; a W1=11.87 mag galaxy found in the NED_D/LASR catalogues. Its located 25.62" S, 25.11" E (9.3 Kpc) from the galaxy centre. A host distance of 53.2 Mpc(z=0.014) implies a m - M = 33.63.
