The transient is synonymous with CGCG160-062NED01; an r=15.89 mag galaxy found in the NED/SDSS/PS1 catalogues. Its located 0.3" (0.2 Kpc) from the galaxy core. A host z=0.026 implies a m - M = 35.31.
