  • The transient is possibly associated with 2MASXJ08361962-1101059; a J=13.13 mag galaxy found in the NED/2MASS/LASR/PS1 catalogues. It's located 2.23 S, 3.99 E (1.3 Kpc) from the galaxy centre. A host distance of 64.8 Mpc(z=0.014) implies a transient M = -15.77 mag.
